HITESH C SONI - The Founder & Managing Partner
Hitesh C Soni is an Indian lawyer who practices in the Bombay High Court. He was awarded with ‘Mahatma Gandhi Lifetime Achievement Award 2023’ at 31 and is believed to be the youngest to get this award at such an early age. He is featured in the “Annual Guide to the World's Top Lawyers covers The Americas, Europe, Asia & Oceania, and Africa & the Middle East. He was appointed a Court Commissioner by the Honorable Bombay High Court on November 21, 2022, and has served on the distinguished panel since. Hitesh was recently awarded the Rashtriya Gaurav Award 2022 & featured in “Most Prestigious & Trusted Legal Leader in 2022” the Editor acclaimed him The Astute, Sharp-Witted Leader He was also awarded with the Global Lex-Falcon Awards Dubai 2022 & with the prestigious Indian Achievers' Award 2021. He has made significant contributions to the evolution of the law through a number of reported judgments’. He possesses extensive legal expertise in the area of constitutional law, corporate and commercial law, international trade and customs law, immigration law, and white-collar crime.
In 2017, he founded his own law firm, M/s Hitesh Soni and Associates, with its headquarters in Bombay. For a first-generation lawyer to establish a legal practice in Bombay at the young age of 26 is widely regarded as exceptional in the field of law.

Attorney Vaishali H. Soni was credited with the firm success in the Benchmark Litigation APAC ranking 2022, she attended Padma Binani School in Pindwara and Ruia College in Mumbai for her junior college education. In order to pursue her interests in law and philosophy, she completed a B.A. in Philosophy Majors from Sophia College Mumbai and an LL.B. from CKCL Mumbai. During her legal education, she was involved with the Mumbai Legal Service Authority and the National Human Rights Commission in New Delhi. As a legal assistant, she joined the law firm. After completing her legal studies, she began practising law at the Bombay High Court and became an associate with the law firm M/s Hitesh Soni & Associates.
She handles both litigation and non-litigation cases for the firm in the High Court of Mumbai.
